AST A450C - Steel

Pyrometer bicolor high precision digital radiation. This device measures the temperature of an object by calculating the ratio of the energy in two different wavelength ranges.

Temperature measurement is not performed by parameters that affect the amount of energy that reaches the pyrometer. This makes the thermometer reason is inherently more accurate.
The ratio technique can eliminate or reduce error in temperature measurement caused by changes in emissivity surface finish and energy absorbing materials such as water vapor between the pyrometer and the target.

The pyrometer may be used either in proportion as for single color mode. Parameters such as the ratio of emissivity, emissivity, response time, analog output are adjustable via the supplied software.
