SURF Series

Measuring the temperature of a solid surface is difficult for most types of temperature sensors. In order to ensure an accurate measurement, the entire sensor measurement area should be in contact with the surface. This is difficult when working with a rigid sensor and a hard surface. Since the thermocouples are made of malleable metal, the joint is formed with a flat and thin sheet to provide the maximum contact with a surface. The series SURF sensors are manufactured especially for measuring moving surface.
