• Flow Measurement
The flow measurement of a fluid, whether liquid or gas, is generally a critical parameter in many industrial processes. Most of the operations that can be connected to the “recipe” basic process – knowing that the fluid is right in the right place at the right time. Therefore, it is necessary to perform measurements accurate and reliable flow rates, because they can influence product quality, health and safety, and ultimately can make the difference between a profit or a loss occur.
Therefore, in accordance with the API standard MPMS 5.8, the Alutal accomplishes these flow measurements, compared by means of ultrasound sensors (transit time method) using clamp-on system, which need not be removed from the instrument line .
• Flow Test Hydrants
The perfect functioning of the fire fighting system hydrants is of fundamental importance, since it depends on the physical integrity of people and also of assets therefore have to undergo periodic maintenance. We carry out flow tests on fire hydrants using Pitot tube, in accordance with IT-22 Fire Department and NFPA-291 standard.
