The product

The TTHP1-A, manufactured and distributed by Alutal Controles Industriais, is part of a wide range of transmitters and communication sensors distributed nationwide, working with the Hart communication system, enabling the instrument to interact with an existing network in the vicinity.

The transmitter is powered with voltages between 12 and 30 Vdc, ensuring safe operation and preventing equipment damage according to NAMUR 43 standards, while keeping the readings within the accepted transmission range, achieved through a modulation of the output current in the range of 4 to 20 mA.

The Hart protocol (Highway Addressable Remote Transducer) used for transmitter communication is widely used in the industrial sector for sending and receiving digital data. By using EDDL and FDT/DTM tools, it is possible to configure the type of sensor present in the process, monitor measurement variables, and validate the device’s status.

Its design was engineered to fit into standard thermometric head assemblies, with corresponding mounting points for the models available in the market. Its robust enclosure allows it to operate in high-temperature environments, ensuring continuous data stability without reaching critical variation points, enabling monitoring with low interference from external noise to which it may be subjected in field connections.
