ATTENTION: THE VALVE CAN BE MOTORIZED!
Dr. Thiedig’s block valves are used to stop the passage of sample before it reaches the cooler. Valves have a straight hole diameter in the valve body and must be in the fully open or fully closed position.
Narrowing the sample passage is not permitted and may cause damage to the valves. In addition to the differential thread for easy handling in case of high system pressures, the shut-off valves are supplied with top cooling for thermal protection of the stuffing box at operating temperatures greater than 400 °C. Additionally, stop valves serve as the primary valve to stop sample extraction.
