We know how important family is, even more so at this delicate time when we are facing the COVID-19 pandemic. Our family members are the support that motivates us to overcome obstacles and be better every day.

With this in mind, this year Alutal will promote an internal competition to celebrate Children’s Day. ‘

To participate, it’s very simple, take a photo with your child (whether working or not), perfect your pose and smile!

Check out the participation rules below:

Participation

  1. To participate, you can send your photo by email to alexandre.dias@alutal.com.br or personally deliver a 10×15 photo directly to HR from 22/09 to 29/09/2021.

Voting

  1. The winners will be defined through voting, where each employee will be entitled to one vote on a printed ballot, if the employee is working from home, they can vote via Google Forms, the vote will be transferred to a printed ballot and added to the ballot box at Alutal headquarters.
  2. Voting will begin on 09/30 and will end on 10/07 at 12 noon.

Prize draw

  1. It will be held at Alutal headquarters, on 10/07 at 3pm. It will be recorded on video and sent to the internal group of employees.

Awards

  1. The 3 photos with the most votes in descending order will be the winners.
  2. In case of a tie, 3 additional votes from the Board of Directors, made up of 3 people, will be counted in order to break the tie.
  3. The prizes will be:

1st place – R$200.00 toy store voucher + Alutal Backpack
2nd place – R$ 150.00 toy store voucher + Alutal Backpack
3rd place – R$ 100.00 toy store voucher + Alutal Backpack

  1. Winners will have the right to choose a charity from a list pre-defined by Alutal to donate up to 50 snacks – from Mac Lanche Feliz. They will be delivered using a voucher to the person responsible for the institution, who will be responsible for collecting and delivering the snacks to the children on the day of the Mac Lanche Feliz action, in accordance with the institution’s rules.
  2. Winners will be able to collect their prizes from 10/08 directly from HR with Alexandre Dias.

Missing cases

  1. Cases not covered by this regulation will be presented to the Alutal Board of Directors who will propose a solution.
