Sensors suitable for baking ovens are often used in ranges between 30 and 400 ° C , having characteristics of asepsis , such as manufacturing of the body and stainless steel and Teflon cable, allowing cleaning and sanitizing assembly.
Highly heat resistant and highly flexible , these sensors may have threads for fixing and varying diameters of 1.5 , 3 and 6 mm.
The basic difference between the series refers to the connection pot. To specify optimal sensor to the oven , preferably TIM Series 11 , since the pot confers robustness to the sensor - cable connection. If there is not enough space to accommodate this sensor , TIM Series 10 offers a more compact sensor and still with good resistance .
