The product
The Cryogenic Cylinder Filling Pump SGCL 41.3, by Nikkiso ACD, is specially designed for heavy duty, high pressure cylinder and storage filling. It pumps nitrogen, oxygen, argon, methane and hydrogen. In addition, it reaches a maximum discharge pressure of 420 bar.
How the Cryogenic Cylinder Filling Pump SGCL 41.3 works
The SGCL 41.3 has a single, double or triple cylinder modular design. As a result, it provides a wide range of flow rates.
The cold ends are vacuum jacketed. Therefore, the pump offers minimal heat loss and lower NPSHr.
A fixed or variable speed electric motor drives the pump through a V-belt. The drive is splash oil lubricated. This way, it allows higher bearing loads and increases reliability.

- Heavy duty, high pressure cylinder and storage filling
- Light to medium cylinder filling for flow rates up to 5 – 30 l/min and up to 420 bar discharge pressure
Liquids pumped: nitrogen (N2), oxygen (O2), argon (Ar), methane and hydrogen (H2).
