The product
The Cryogenic Trailer Off-Loading Pump AC-14/14M, by Nikkiso ACD, serves trailer off loading and liquid storage transfer. It pumps nitrogen, oxygen, argon and methane, with a flow range of 20 – 200 gpm (75 – 750 lpm).
How the Cryogenic Trailer Off-Loading Pump AC-14/14M works
The AC-14/14M uses a high performance gearbox drive with a TEFC motor. As a result, the pump offers improved efficiencies at higher speeds and a higher operating range in flows and pressures.
The gears are splash lubricated. Therefore, the splash oil lube system improves bearing life and lowers maintenance requirements.
In addition, the XP inducer improves NPSH required. The stainless steel bearing house also reduces “cold creep” into the gearbox.
