The product
The Cryogenic Trailer Pump CPLH, by Nikkiso ACD, serves trailer and container loading and unloading, liquid storage transfer and process pump duties. It pumps nitrogen, oxygen, argon and methane, with a differential head of 328 – 1286 ft (100 – 392 m).
How the Cryogenic Trailer Pump CPLH works
A fixed speed electric motor drives the CPLH via an oil lubricated gearbox. In addition, an inducer lowers the NPSH requirement.
The shaft seal is a CFS mechanical seal. As a result, the pump delivers long life performance.
The impeller wear ring also reduces maintenance and improves efficiencies.
