The product
The Cryogenic High Flow High Pressure Pump 3-GUPD, by Nikkiso ACD, serves oil well service, high pressure pumping systems, mobile pumping applications and N2 purging. It pumps nitrogen, methane and ethylene, with a maximum discharge pressure of up to 17,000 psi (1,172 bar).
How the Cryogenic High Flow High Pressure Pump 3-GUPD works
The 3-GUPD has rugged, heavy duty construction. As a result, it allows for high reliability in oil well service operations.
The main shaft is pressure lubricated. This way, the pump minimizes wear and tear on bearings and crosshead piston while keeping all components cool.
The pump also combines multiple cold end sizes with different drive end strokes. Therefore, it covers a wide range of flows and pressures, providing flexibility to end users and applications.
