The product
The Cryogenic Storage Filling Pump SGV, by Nikkiso ACD, is specially designed for storage filling. It also serves special medium to heavy duty applications and LNG, LN2 and LH2 processes. In addition, it reaches a maximum discharge pressure of up to 10,000 psi (690 bar).
How the Cryogenic Storage Filling Pump SGV works
The SGV is a modular, compact displacement pump available in 1, 2 or 3 cylinder configurations. As a result, it provides a wide range of flows.
The drive is pressurized oil lubricated, with an integral oil pump and reservoir. Therefore, it allows higher bearing loads and prevents oil leakage.
Electric drive motors power the pump through a belt drive. This way, the SGV allows for extended pump duty.
