The product
The Cryogenic VFD Trailer Pump DCP-VFD, by Nikkiso ACD, serves trailer and container loading and unloading, liquid storage transfer and process pumps. It pumps nitrogen, oxygen, argon and methane. The pump comes in the 120, 160, 180 and 220 sizes, with a flow range of 15 – 159 gpm (60 – 600 lpm).
How the Cryogenic VFD Trailer Pump DCP-VFD works
A variable speed electric motor drives the DCP-VFD directly. As a result, the pump suits a large range of flow rates.
In addition, an inducer lowers the NPSH requirement. The impeller wear ring also reduces maintenance and improves efficiencies.
