The product

The LWGY turbine flow meter is a new generation of flow meters with a simple and lightweight structure, high accuracy, excellent repeatability, fast response, and easy installation, maintenance, and operation.

The liquid turbine flow meter is a highly precise instrument used to measure both flow rate and total volume of clean, non-corrosive, and impurity-free liquids. It is widely applied in industries such as oil and gas, chemical processing, metallurgy, and others.

Working principle

As the fluid flows through the meter, it drives an internal rotor (impeller), causing it to rotate. This rotation creates variations in the magnetic field, inducing an electrical signal proportional to the fluid velocity.

This signal is converted into pulses, allowing accurate determination of both instantaneous flow rate and totalized volume.
